A male client inquired to have straps with a rubber logo patch sewn onto the sleeves of 12 hoodies. He was looking to have them ready as soon as possible. There were 3 of each size in large medium small and extra small. The straps were in 2 rolls that would be trimmed to the length of the sleeve. Since the patches were a bit see through going over the straps, the client requested for white material to be added in the back.

The process began with pressing the sleeves to remove all wrinkles. Once that was done, 12 squares were created from white fabric and each piece was placed behind the patches. Next was ripping in the centre part of the top shoulder seam to insert the strap and resew the seam. The strap was then pinned straight down to the bottom of the sleeve and sewed on both sides. Last was securing the bottom of the strap inside the wrist seam.

Once all of the hoodies had straps sewn onto both sleeves the final step was sewing the rubber patch to the left sleeve 12” down from the shoulder seam. Everything was ready in the expected time frame. The client was very happy with his custom hoodies as well as the quick turn around time.
